CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD PHOTOTHROW, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF CUSTOMER'S BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR CUSTOMER'S VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
